Vision Hill Group Acquired by Galaxy Digital

Vision Hill Group, a premier digital asset investment consultant and asset manager, has been acquired by Galaxy Digital (TSX: GLXY), a diversified financial services and investment management firm operating across digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
Founded in 2017, Vision Hill Group built a comprehensive digital asset platform, including a family of crypto hedge fund indices, VisionTrack, a leading market intelligence and data platform, and an asset management arm offering a crypto-focused fund-of-funds product.
Vision Hill Group, was one of the first and largest fund of funds businesses in the emerging digital asset space. It pioneered early standards for diligence, benchmarking, indices, and a full-scale database product in addition to running multiple funds in hedge fund and venture strategies.
The acquisition achieved a mid-8-digit exit with a 12.5x return to strategic company investors.
Kevin Goldstein, co-founder of Kee Global Advisors, has served on Vision Hill Group’s advisory board since its inception.

Stratea AI showed up in my feed when people were talking about turning a half-baked idea into an actual business plan, so I clicked out of curiosity. I didn’t generate a full plan or anything, just skimmed the page and how they frame the whole “generic AI chat” problem. It was kinda refreshing that they straight up mention that endless prompting loop where you still end up piecing together market, pricing, and execution on your own. The writing felt more like “here’s the mess you’re stuck in” than some hypey pitch, which I appreciated. Also the page is easy to move through—short headings, tight paragraphs, and those comparison-style blocks stacked in a simple vertical flow with clear labels.
