In the past 12 months or so, the U.S. and China have been negotiating back and forth to address a myriad of challenges facing Sion-U.S. bi-lateral trade relations. The negotiations seem to have hit a wall. While it has succeeded in convincing China to sit down for serious dialogue, the U.S. may have to adjust its tactics to accomplish the most desired results.
