Stephan Hartman - Advisor

Mr. Hartman is the managing director of EuroConsult responsible for all aspects of firm’s M&A and strategic advisory activities. He has worked as a Financial Sponsor, M&A and corporate finance investment banker and attorney on over 100 transactions. Previously, he was aPrincipal with G.C. Andersen Partners, helping build and lead the firm’s M&A business. He began his investment banking career in the Leverage Finance and Financial Sponsors Groups at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers, where he focused on coverage of large and middle market financial sponsors. Mr. Hartman is the founder of the U.S. Sports Film Festival and Chairman of the Board of the Sports Film Foundation.

Mr. Hartman received his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School, a JD from Villanova Law School and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
