Qing Chu - Partner

Mr. Chu has extensive experience in industrial products and government relationships. He has expertise in the establishment of joint ventures, handling technology transfers and the sales and marketing of industrial products, including engines, petroleum drilling equipment, environmental protection and turbines for marine and aviation, in China for U.S. and European companies. He has also helped many clients establish government relationships with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Science and Technology.  His clients have included Cummins Engine Company, Intel, W.R. Grace, ReedHycalog and Textron Lycoming.

He received his BA degree from the Institute of Foreign Affairs in Beijing and majored in Economics and English.
