Ms. Marla Miller has extensive experience in financial products including foreign exchange,
bonds and options, money market and futures. She was the Executive Vice President and General
Manager of Landesbank Hessen – Thueringen Frankfurt and its New York branch. Ms. Miller also
served as CEO of Helaba Financial Futures Plc, a futures trading company registered on the LIFFE
in London, England. Other financial institutions where Ms. Miller has held managerial positions
include Swiss Bank Corporation and First National Bank at Dallas, MG Financial Group Holding
Company.
Ms. Miller has a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a
Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish language and literature from Rice University in Houston, Texas. She
is conversant in German and Spanish.
