Kevin M. Goldstein - Chairman

Mr. Goldstein is the Co-Founder and CEO of Auxia Partners, a provider of virtual and cloud technology solutions to hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity firms and other financial institutions.  Prior to Auxia Partners, Mr. Goldstein is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Strategy, Business Development and Marketing for NorthPoint Solutions, a technology consulting firm serving the financial services industry and, specifically, many of the world's largest hedge funds, funds of funds and private equity firms. Previously, he held management positions with Citicorp Securities.  He has also involved in international M&A transactions, advising such clients as  Czech on Line (acquired for $7M and sold 20 months later for $220M to Austria Telecom) and Workforce Logistics Inc. (acquired by Workbrain Corporation).

He received his BA from Bowdoin College and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
