James O'Neill - Managing Director

Prior to joining KGA, Mr. O'Neill was head of the corporate development team at Metavante, overseeing over one billion dollars of acquisitions. Previously, he was the founding shareholder, CEO and Managing Director of DBG Development Capital Ltd., a European private equity management company majority owned by a Deutsche Bank AG affiliate. He was a member of the start-up management team for the Coca-Cola Company in Poland, managing a direct investment in excess of $100 million. He also held various positions with Merrill Lynch International Ltd. and the U.S. operation of National Westminster Bank PLC.

He received his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
