Dr. Shaw Cheng - Partner

Dr. Cheng was a senior researcher and economist between 1994 and 2000 at the Development Research Center of the State Council of China, the central government’s think tank that provides research and recommendations for the Chinese government's decision-making.  More than 10 of his proposals have been adopted and implemented by the Chinese central government. His expertise is in China’s macroeconomics, China’s foreign investment policies and foreign currencies.  He received his PhD. in Economics from the China Social Science Academy and his MA in Economics from Ottawa University of Canada.
