With her passion and experience creating
value and helping executives grow their cross-border businesses, Ms. Kee leverages
her broad network and partnerships with a select group of service providers to provide
business and financial advisory services to both private and public companies.
In addition to her diverse experience in business development, marketing and management
that crosses multiple industries, including financial, media & entertainment,
consumer and automotive, she is well recognized for her acute insight into business
opportunities and outstanding cross-culture business negotiation and management.
Prior to founding Kee Global Advisors LLC (KGA), Ms. Kee
spent more than 15 years advising both Fortune 500 and small-medium size companies,
including Time Warner, Ford Motors, Volkswagen, MG Financial LLC, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Rosenthal Collins Group LLC, and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) China.
A Chinese native, Ms. Kee received B.A. and M.A. degrees
in English Literature and American Drama from Peking University, China and her MBA
from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
Ms. Kee holds FINRA Series 62 and 63 brokerage licenses.
Ms. Kee translated from English to Chinese and published
a history and philosophy classic, The Idea of Nature by R.G. Collingwood.
This translated work received an award from the Chinese Academy of Social
Sciences.
