| In June 2009, the founder and Managing Partner of Kee Global Advisors was invited by Fujian Government to participate in the 7th China Cross-Straits Technology and Projects Conference and Trade Fair. During the conference Ms. Kee was received by senior state officials including deputy governors Zhang Zhinan, Su Zentian and Ye Shuangyu. Ms. Kee also had a chance to exchange thoughts and ideas with Fujian National Development and Reform Committee and the People's Bank of China Fuzhou Branch. Encouraged by the meeting results and the support from the government officials KGA is committed to contributing to the further development of the local economy through bringing in technologies and know-hows from the U.S. and helping local private enterprises tap into US capital market. |

| Kee Global Advisors introduced "Dream Weaver" by Chinese director Gu Jun to the committee of "the 2nd US Sports Film Festival" to be held in the U.S. in 2009. "Dream Weaver" will be the first Chinese sports film to be screened in the U.S.
"Dream Weaver" is the 2009 Oscar Foreign Language Film contender submitted by China.
