Approach

First, we take the time to fully understand each client’s business, objectives and expectations. We then do our homework to properly estimate the scale and scope of the engagement.

Second, after a letter of intent is signed, we provide a detailed business proposal defining deliverables, milestones, time frames, fees and payment method. We initiate our work following the client’s approval of the proposal.

Third, during the engagement, and until successful completion, we communicate at regular intervals via meetings and/or calls to update the client on the progress of our work.

Lastly, the engagement is considered complete with the presentation of final deliverables and client approval.
